Our gold level includes weekly check ins with our clients as well as texting and any questions clients may have.
Four week plans are made and sent to clients. At the end of four weeks a check in is made to see progress and the next four weeks of the training cycle is sent.
This four week plans includes a 4 week training plan + one 45-60 minute session of strength, flexibility, and stability assessment and training. In addition to a training plan a set of strength, stability and balance exercises are given from a run coach and physical therapist.
Just want to check your overall strength from a doctor of physical therapy and run coach? Nagging pain or tightness and you're not sure what to do? This option is for you!
60 minutes of total body strengthening, stretching and conditioning with running specific exercises incorporated.
Looking for extra motivation on the track during speed work? Need someone to call out paces and make sure you're hitting times?
Billing occurs every fourth week. Additional runners during track workouts will be required to fill out waivers to participate. Track workouts are subject to availability.
These sessions are conducted within our gym or clinic. If occurring outside the gym/clinic additional fees may apply. Contact us to inquire more information!

After you've had your assessment and you want to work with our coaches/therapists to improve any deficits that were found upon screening.
These clients want to continue their fitness journey after discharge from physical therapy clinics.
An assessment of overall fitness is made- strength, balance, flexibility is tested and a plan is made in accordance to client goals. Our plans are then led by certified physical therapy assistants,
